Add a document

  1. Open the folder where you want to store the file.
  2. Select Add New.
  3. Enter the Document name (for example, EPD-IES-0018421_001 en — 2025).
  4. Choose the Document type, then set the Category and Description.
  5. Upload the file.
  6. Select Add document to finish.

Keep names short and specific, including ID + year where possible (e.g., EPD-IES-0018421_001 en — 2025).
