This section summarises recent updates to Provenant DPP Manager. If your workspace does not yet include a feature listed below, contact your admin or Provenant support.


Insights

A dedicated Insights screen brings together analytics for your workspace. The Product tab shows catalogue metrics (overview counts, resource usage, passport status, product type distribution, alignment status, templates) and the Scans tab covers end-user engagement (top scanned products, scans by device, day of week, region, and over time). Filter by time range and type, customise the card layout, and export data.

Import Models

Bulk-create product Models from a structured file. Download a CSV template tailored to the selected model template, fill it in, package it together with any referenced assets in a .zip, and upload it to create Models in published status. A summary screen reports successes and failures, and the Products list is filtered to the Models created in the last import.

Salsify Integration

Connect your Salsify workspace to Provenant from SettingsIntegrations. Once configured, your Salsify catalogue is mapped onto your DPP templates and products sync automatically every 24 hours, with manual sync, sync error reports, and health checks available from the integration screen.

A new Toys category and corresponding template are available to streamline setup for toy products.

Expanded EPCIS Events

Additional EPCIS event types are available with improved mapping. EPCIS events support optional text and images, and conditional source/destination fields where required by the event type.

Custom Events

In models and batches, create company-specific custom event types and log rich events with text formatting, documents, and images. Custom events coexist with EPCIS events and end-user memories with clear differentiation and permissions.

Notifications

Configure a notification centre at user level. The platform supports in-app and email notifications, a header notification bell, a full notifications screen, and multiple configurable notification types per user.

Components

Create and manage reusable components linked to a supplier, including materials and composition, certifications, and supporting documents. Reuse components during product creation to improve data consistency and scalability.

Suppliers

Create and manage supplier profiles with filtering, status handling, and detailed supplier information. Suppliers can be linked directly to components.

Supplier Review

Request suppliers to review and complete component data via an invitation flow. Suppliers can submit changes or reject with a reason. Internal teams can approve and merge changes, restore previous versions, or reject updates. Review history is retained.
