Do I need to republish after every edit?

No. Textual field edits usually appear without republishing. If you change media (images) or branding, unpublish and publish again.

Does republishing change the QR code?

No. Republishing keeps the same QR. To generate a new QR, Clone the model and publish the clone.

What’s the difference between model and batch events?

Model events appear for all batches under the model. Batch events appear only on that batch (and its items, if item-level DPPs are enabled).

Can I have a DPP per item?

Yes. When creating a batch, choose DPP per item. Each item receives a unique QR.

How do I restrict a vendor integration?

Create a dedicated Access key, then in Define Permissions enable only the required scopes. Avoid Enable All in production.

Where does the CTA appear?

At the end of the DPP. Define a global CTA in Company › Company Website and product-specific CTAs in Store information.

What if I can’t find a document?

Use the Documents library. Create folders, use clear names, and attach from Select Documents during model edit or creation.
